Thanks to its pronounced acidity, our wine made from Turbiana grapes has the potential for refinement and aging, opening the door to interesting and promising developments. Aging first in wood (in barriques and tonneaux) and then in the bottle contributes to the creation of a Lugana Riserva with great character—robust yet velvety at the same time. The harmony between the cool, mineral notes and the complexity of the tertiary aromas makes it ideal for pairing with full-bodied dishes.
Made from pure Turbiana grapes, straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, hints of citrus fruits, hints of green apple, peach and white flowers, with a light mineral touch. The palate is fresh, savory, with balanced acidity.Harmonious and well-structured, it goes well with fish dishes, shellfish , sushi, but also with light appetizers and white meats.
