Thanks to its pronounced acidity, our wine made from Turbiana grapes has excellent ageing potential, allowing it to develop in intriguing ways over time. Maturation first in oak—barriques and tonneaux—and then in the bottle creates a Lugana Riserva of great character: robust yet velvety. The harmony between its cool mineral notes and the complexity of its tertiary aromas makes it an ideal pairing for richly structured dishes.
Made from pure Turbiana grapes, straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, hints of citrus fruits, hints of green apple, peach and white flowers, with a light mineral touch. The palate is fresh, savory, with balanced acidity.Harmonious and well-structured, it goes well with fish dishes, shellfish , sushi, but also with light appetizers and white meats.
